Hourly Basketball Scouting/ Video And Assistant Operations Coordinator

The Director of Basketball Scouting/ Video and Assistant Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Head Women's Basketball Coach. The Director of Basketball Scouting/ Video and Assistant Operations Coordinator will be a member of the University of San Francisco Athletic Department and will oversee all scouting and video for the University of San Francisco NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Program. The individual will also assist the Director of Basketball Operations.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate all scouting report breakdowns for opponents.
• Organize data on opponent player personnel, including offensive and defensive strategies
• Assist with game plan
• Responsible for all team film, including breakdown, for games and practices.
• Assist Director of Basketball Operations with team travel including booking flights, hotels, transportation, food and all other details needed.
• Assist with coordinating youth individual and team camps.
• Assist with outreach to community, including local basketball clubs, high school and youth basketball programs.
• Assist with coordination of alumni events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the game and strategies of men's basketball.
• Knowledge of video camera and breakdown of film.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA and WCC rules and regulations and the application to those in all situations.

Full-Time/Part-Time: Part time

Pay Rate: Hourly

Salary Range: $20-30/hr., commensurate with experience.
