Job Description
Lead the strategic analysis, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across all channels. Conduct in-depth performance analysis of digital marketing campaigns, identifying key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Oversee the management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to measure campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI. Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing data with other business intelligence to gain a holistic view of customer behavior and market trends. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners, ensuring alignment with analytical goals and performance metrics. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on digital marketing performance to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Director Digital Marketing' should have:
A degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and the latest digital marketing trends. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Based in NY Metropolitan area What's on Offer
