Excellence in the execution of your work is important to you as you want to provide the best results for God and the church.What you'll do:Assist in the organization and execution of building and maintaining an impactful social media presence through content ideation, writing, scheduling and postingDevelop a strategic content plan for Lakepointe's social media accountsDevelop, film, and edit short form video concepts for all digital platformsLead the creating, writing and publishing of relevant, high-quality content that builds meaningful engagement through post descriptions, stories, and other types of content creation for Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTubeMonitor and engage in online conversations about Lakepointe and faith on all platforms in a timely manner, including responding to comments and direct messagesEngage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worshipWork closely with social media designer and video editor/videographer to ensure all visual assets are excellent and on-brandWork closely with Lakepointe's teams and ministries to ensure consistent and integrated social media activity across all platformsRegularly monitor the performance of each social media platform considering established goals and strategy and stay up to date with latest digital technology and social media platforms and trends on different platformsResearch and analyze the communication trends of relevant pacesetter/church accountsSkills & Experience you've had:Exceptional copywriting and grammar skills with high attention to detailDeep understanding of culture, challenges, and spiritual needsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to pastorally care for people in a digital enviornmentStrong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that sometimes requires multi-taskingDemonstrated ability to creatively express an organization's vision through social mediaEmbody all Lakepointe Leadership Behaviors:Love and follow JesusHonor up, down, and all aroundMake it funReject good for greatWhatever it takesLove Lakepointe
