THE OPPORTUNITY: Senior Producer
The Senior Producer will be a creative production critical thinker, elevating each project regardless of scale. The Senior Producer will contribute to the maintenance and growth of strong team/client/agency relationships, producing work that is distinct, consistent, and honors the level of style and craftsmanship that goes into every touchpoint that makes up our brands.
The ideal candidate for this position will have ambitions that push the production and technological limits on all projects and be experienced across integrated platforms, able to deliver on time, in budget, and to the highest level of creative standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of each project and ensure they are completed on time, within budget.
- Manage agency, client, and vendor relationships during production.
- Liaise between the agency and suppliers, maintaining fair processes and clear communication.
- Plan, schedule, and control project production objectives while adhering to client, agency, and industry standards.
- Facilitate all communication between the agency, client, and production partners on set.
- Scope and ballpark creative concepts, break down scripts, and build detailed project schedules.
- Quality control all deliverables and maintain project documentation and communication through final delivery.
- Support and educate on production opportunities that apply to each project.
- Build critical relationships and maintain the agency’s reputation within the production industry.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and lead workload independently.
- Negotiate with partners based on creative/scope/budget/timeline.
- Stay informed about compliance and client legal guidelines.
- Proactively predict issues and guide the team away from avoidable challenges.
- Communicate with Creative, Account Services, Business Affairs, and Talent Affairs on all aspects of production.
- Articulate production plans to clients and explain talent language and costs.
- Work closely with the Business Affairs Manager to compile estimates and final actualizations.
The Sr Producer will have 7-10 years of experience, with some working production knowledge in luxury and automotive. The base salary range for this position is $75,000—$180,000 USD. We offer a competitive benefits package.
