Piper Companies seeks a Lead UX Designer to join one of the nation's premier credit unions located in McLean, VA. The role requires expertise in Consumer Banking product design and has an on-site requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research and design.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that better enhance user experiences.
- Utilize full range of UX design and visual design to create insightful data-driven products.
- Design, enhance, rapidly test, and iterate designs to craft new products dedicated to helping manage data more efficiently.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UX Design and Consumer Banking Products.
- Experience with Strategic Planning, Thinking, and Execution in Portfolio.
- Experience with Figma and Salesforce Lightning in UX design.
