You'll harness your strategic intelligence, digital media acumen, media landscape knowledge, and creativity in lockstep with Partner Marketing leadership to develop and execute media partner marketing strategies by writing compelling content, developing sales enablement and L&D materials, and creating project plans, goals, KPIs, and success metrics for marketing initiatives.What you'll do...
Work with Media Partnerships and cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing, Agency Partnerships, Brand Marketing, and Research & Analytics to increase adoption among agencies and advertisers for our:
Media partners: Walmart DSP, CTV, social, streaming, emerging, measurement
Tactical elements may include, but are not limited to, creating media partner narratives using PowerPoint and collateral, scripting media partners’ event and webinar materials, developing case studies and newsletter content, identifying distribution channels to amplify awareness for media partners, and operationalizing marketing plans
Demonstrate your marketing savvy and autonomy by owning media partner marketing projects end-to-end (strategy, project timelines, execution, measurement, optimization) with Partner Marketing leadership’s support and cross-functional inputsDevelop media partner marketing strategies and scripts for advertiser- and agency-driven speaking engagements and industry event panels, prep Walmart Connect speakers for said event engagements, support event activations, and measure successContribute to the success of Partner Marketing by helping the team achieve OKRs within budgetary and timeline scope while ensuring projects support the broader business objectives of the Partner Marketing team and Walmart ConnectWork with Partner Marketing and Media Partnerships leadership to develop strategic marketing plans supporting AOP goals for Walmart ConnectCollaborate with Marketing Operations to build a strong operational foundation that supports future scaleWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7+ years of relevant professional experience in B2B marketing, media ad sales marketing, CTV, programmatic, streaming, social, retail media, or emerging platformsStrong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that encourage cross-functional teamwork and strategic thinkingA proven track record and passion for:
Creating persuasive narratives utilizing PowerPointB2B marketing strategiesNarrative development for media partnersSales enablement plansSpeech writing and speaker preparations
