Join Our Healthcare Marketing Agency Client and Make a Real Impact!

Are you a passionate and talented Graphic Designer looking to make a difference in the healthcare industry? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail? If so, our healthcare marketing agency client is seeking a creative powerhouse to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Create: Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts, guided by our art director or creative director.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with copywriters and other team members to create designs that are not only visually stunning but also drive tangible results for our clients.
• Visualize and Prototype: Develop sketches, mockups, or prototypes to effectively communicate and refine design concepts.
• Manage Print Production: Collaborate with print production specialists to discuss paper, specs, and folds, and obtain cost estimates to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Craft Engaging Layouts: Design layouts that are strategically aligned, visually engaging, clear, and require minimal revisions.
• Optimize for All Platforms: Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including digital and print, to maximize reach and impact.
• Deliver Error-Free Designs: Thoroughly review your work to ensure accuracy, paying close attention to typography, image placement, and overall flow to create a seamless user experience.
• Meet Deadlines and Budgets: Complete projects on time and within budget, consistently meeting client expectations and upholding company standards.
• Maintain and Evolve Brand Identities: Uphold and evolve brand visual identities, including color palettes, typography, and overall design language.
• Preserve Brand Integrity: Maintain the brand integrity of each client across all design deliverables.
• Support Photo and Video Shoots: Contribute to the planning and art direction of photo and video shoots as needed.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster relationships of trust with key partners throughout the agency and resolve creative differences efficiently and cooperatively.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills across various media
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
