This role is on-site, and we seek individuals who share our enthusiasm for innovative design. Position Responsibilities Design and develop visually appealing web pages, emails, and digital marketing materials. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create design concepts aligned with business objectives. Make design updates and enhancements to ongoing website graphics. Present creative digital marketing campaigns to management with confidence. Partner with the Photography team to craft new visual concepts for digital assets. Inspire and mentor associate designers and interns, providing guidance and support as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Web Design or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of graphic and web design experience. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. Familiarity with Axure or similar prototyping tools is a plus.
