Job Opening: Marketing Manager - Assisted Living
Location: Long Beach, CA
Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Manager to promote an award-winning assisted living community and drive occupancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for senior living.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy Build relationships with local healthcare professionals and organizations Coordinate events, tours, and open houses Manage social media and online presence Collaborate with the sales team to achieve occupancy Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of increasing census for a community of at least 150-200 beds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of senior living industry and effective marketing strategies is a MUST Compensation: Base salary of $80,000 DOE plus generous bonuses
