Department Position Summary:Provide strategic recommendations to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies for assigned Erlanger's Centers of Excellence and/or hospitals (marketing clients) as it relates to strategic goals. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing strategies and plans. Manages/coordinates projects and takes an active role in all disciplines (marketing, creative, media, research, production and budget) from planning to completion. Serves as a daily contact between the assigned marketing client and the rest of the team. Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves and develops solid business relationships. Consistently evaluates the effectiveness and financial aspects of the marketing efforts as it relates to measurable ROI and shares findings with the team.
