Join Our Team at Brewers Supply Group as Marketing Manager in Shakopee, MinnesotaRahrBSG, a family-owned global leader in the craft beer, wine and spirits industry since 1847, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of demand generation, messaging strategies, and key programs that drive sales results, grow brand equity, and drive customer engagement and loyalty. Key responsibilities for this role are to deliver a well-coordinated, consistent cross-channel marketing experience inclusive of promotions, campaigns, lead generation, and other planned demand generation through paid and organic media and communication efforts. As a key contributor to the Marketing team, the Marketing Manager leads and develops high-performing direct reports and cross-functional team members and collaborates closely with other marketing and cross-functional leaders to drive business performance.Roles and Responsibilities:Develops and oversees comprehensive marketing strategies, including promotions, product launches, and sales support programs, from planning to evaluation.Collaborates with Marketing Director to shape long-term vision and annual plans, aligning with business objectives and identifying key media partners.Directs digital marketing efforts, optimizing display advertising, social media, and search engine marketing to boost customer engagement and conversions.Manages and mentors teams, fostering development and communication.Works with ecommerce team on SEO strategy and email campaigns for enhanced customer engagement and retention.Coordinates with content and customer experience teams to ensure consistent messaging and responsiveness to market feedback.Leads editorial planning and content creation, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives.Utilizes marketing technology for automated communications and personalized content delivery.Partners with Sales for lead generation process refinement and pipeline revenue growth.Collaborates with analytics team for ROI analysis and optimization recommendations.Ensures consistent application of brand architecture and shares customer insights for improved experiences.Facilitates cross-functional engagement and manages strategic partnerships.Develops and manages marketing budgets and identifies opportunities for efficiency.Utilizes market research to refine target audiences and optimize spending.Performs other duties as assigned to support company needs.Minimum Education & Work Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience required.5+ years of a diverse marketing background, including building and executing coordinated campaigns across digital marketing channels, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and affiliate marketing.Previous leadership experience.Technical experience in MAP platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua) and CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, MS Dynamics).Digital advertisement experience with Google Search and Display Campaigns.Social media management system experience (Sprout Social, Loomly).Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness.Strong leadership skills to train and motivate a team; providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication, and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.A natural collaborator that can adjust style and approach to meet the needs of different leaders, subject matter experts, and external customers.Proven track record of experience building and managing successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and communications that impact customer engagement, drive new sales opportunities, and increase revenue.Proven ability to optimize channel performance with familiarity in best practices for A/B testing, analyzing paid media spend, and regular review with internal/external stakeholders.Detail oriented and analytical with effective problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.Ability to quickly prioritize and complete a variety of tasks under deadline and lead a team to do the same.Experience and passion for craft brewing or related beverage alcohol is a plus.If you're passionate about crafting compelling narratives, driving results, and shaping the future of our industry, we want to hear from you!
