We're looking for a strategic and data-driven
Sr. Customer Marketing Manager
in our Franklin, WI office to manage the performance of our brands across various customers for our Central Specialty Business.
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will play a primary role in the development and execution of strategies to foster customer loyalty, engagement, and retention by synchronizing efforts across our brand management and sales teams. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships to drive revenue growth and brand advocacy. Responsibilities include implementation and measurement of sales strategies and execution, trade promotion strategy, funding, measurement, optimization, new and expanded distribution targeting, presentations, measurement, price list management, and pricing strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of profitable retail trade drivers with sales via our retail partners. Work with the marketing team to translate long-term brand strategic plans into specific trade channel strategies and tactics. Develop trade programs and increase brand market share. Collaborate with finance and sales teams to track trade performance. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers. Provide customer feedback to marketing for product development and enhancements.
Qualifications
College degree (BA/BS) with 3-5 years experience in Field Sales or Customer Marketing. Strong understanding of Sales functions, Customer Management, and Consumer Marketing. Proven analytical skills and ROI focus. Ability to interact confidently with management and senior customer representatives. Thorough P&L knowledge. Proficient in data analytics tools, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and familiar with SAP is a plus. Collaborative team player with strong project management skills.
Working Conditions
Typically during regular business hours, approximately 40 hours/week, with some variation. Reports to the Senior Director of Customer Marketing. Collaborates across sales, marketing, customer service, finance, operations, R&D, and creative services. Travel required: 10-20%.
