Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

The Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to convert small business owners into enthusiastic customers and retain existing ones, focusing on email and SMS communication to enhance engagement and revenue across the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing, customer, and operations teams to define audience targeting, messaging, and initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Create data-driven customer journey maps, nurture strategies, and loyalty programs to increase acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Deliver personalized, dynamic content that educates small business owners on business insurance needs.
- Oversee technical implementation of lifecycle programs, leveraging martech capabilities to launch targeted automated communications (email, SMS, etc.).
- Develop a test-and-learn approach to optimize marketing efforts continually.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as deliverability, click-through, and opt-out rates, achieving engagement, sales, and retention goals.
- Stay updated on CRM best practices and industry trends, recommending new technologies as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in multi-channel CRM, marketing, and related tools.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across teams.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and a passion for customer experience improvement.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
- Proficiency in email marketing, CRM best practices, and technical aspects like deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
- Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
