We are seeking a digital activation leader with operational rigor, technical fluency, and executional excellence. The VP of Digital Activation will translate strategic media directions into live, optimized campaigns across digital platforms, overseeing a team of specialists and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the pharma landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of platform operations, campaign performance, and activation governance. Key Responsibilities: Bridge the gap between digital strategy and in-market activation across all digital channels Lead omnichannel campaign activation across platforms Translate brand and business goals into actionable media plans and digital buys Ensure campaigns are launched on time, on spec, and compliant with all requirements Additional responsibilities include team management, platform oversight, compliance assurance, performance optimization, innovation, client collaboration, and process improvement. Experience: 10+ years in digital media, focusing on campaign activation and cross-channel coordination Proven leadership in high-performing digital teams, agency experience preferred Deep expertise in digital platforms, ad tech, and performance metrics Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills This role is based in New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ, with a salary range of $145,000 - $195,000.
