This position on the CXO strategy enablement team will support business objectives to drive rewards program engagement and customer loyalty. This person will work closely with Product and Channel partners to develop and execute marketing communication strategies for BankAmeriDeals, strategic brand partnerships, and new/emerging rewards offerings. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies & campaigns across all channels to drive rewards program awareness and engagement. Develop marketing strategies by leveraging business insights, client research and channel guidance. Build strong, effective relationships with line of business, marketing channel, and external partners. Provide thought leadership to drive efficiencies and improved customer experiences. Present complex strategies and insights in simple ways to senior marketing and product leadership. Continuously optimize marketing efforts via client insights, campaign results and analytics. Actively manage expenses and budgets in alignment with team objectives. This role requires a person to have a blend of strategic thinking, fundamental marketing skills, analytical ability, leadership and influencer skills to drive cross-channel marketing campaigns. Required Skills: 5-7+ years of program marketing or communications experience in Financial Services – preferably in Segment Marketing and/or Channel. Strong interpersonal skills with proven effectiveness in working across teams to prioritize multiple projects and deliverables and deliver on campaign development in a matrix organization. Ability to work with and influence senior line of business, third party and channel partners in development of strategies, understanding outcomes and applying insights. Ability to be self-driven, comfortable working in white-space, independent on identifying opportunities and empowered to make on-the-spot decisions. Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, customer-driven environment; ability to manage within tight deadlines. Exceptional collaboration, communication and presentation skills. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to create executive level presentations. Minimum Education Requirement:

40 Pay Transparency details: Pay range $104,700.00 - $160,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
