End-to-End Lifecycle Marketing Campaign Delivery: Manage the entire campaign development process, from ideation to optimization, using an iterative framework to ensure effective customer journeys and business outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, product, brand, and creative teams to provide guidance on new initiatives and ensure seamless campaign execution. Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing leads and partner with cross-functional leads to evolve the overall lifecycle marketing strategy. Project Management: Manage multiple campaign initiatives simultaneously, adapting to changes based on priorities and new initiatives while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Proficiency in B2B lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics. Expertise in marketing automation/CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and building automated campaigns. Expertise in email channels and proficiency in other marketing channels such as paid media, push notifications, and SMS. Strong data-driven mindset with experience in tools/concepts such as Excel, A/B testing, and relational databases. Excellent project management skills using collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Workfront. Familiarity with SQL and/or HTML a plus but not a requirement.
