What's the Position?
The Senior Director - Marketing Strategy & Analytics will lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights that shape our marketing strategies. This key leadership role will oversee our Marketing Acquisition Analytics team and a group of strategists, driving optimization efforts across existing marketing channels and acquisition techniques while ensuring alignment with market trends and audience insights.
You will help us stay ahead of the curve by combining data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of marketing trends, ultimately helping us maximize return on marketing investments and deepen our connection with customers.
Leadership & Team Management:
Oversee the Marketing Acquisition Analytics team and marketing strategists, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and performance. Set and track goals for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives. Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop data-backed strategies to optimize acquisition techniques across channels such as paid media, organic growth, partnerships, and creative assets. Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends and audience behavior to guide the team toward innovative approaches that enhance performance. Optimization & Insights:
Partner with marketing teams (e.g., creative, CRM, acquisition) to implement A/B testing, improve campaign efficiency, and drive ROI improvements. Conduct in-depth performance analyses of campaigns, channels, and overall marketing performance, identifying growth opportunities. Audience Insights:
Utilize analytics to develop a deep understanding of audience segments and behavior, ensuring marketing efforts resonate with and engage our target audiences. Deliver key insights that inform media buying, creative development, and overall customer journey strategies. Collaboration & Communication:
Work cross-functionally with brand, content, and marketing teams to ensure strategies are cohesive and align with broader business goals. Present key findings, recommendations, and strategies to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. What are we looking for?
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving measurable growth. Expertise in acquisition marketing and understanding of digital and traditional media channels. Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, or similar, and familiarity with media mix modeling and incremental testing. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies. Forward-thinking and adaptable, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing and audience trends. Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders. What's in it for you?
