Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights and operational support.Streamline the Trellint sales processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor marketing activities and outcomes.Manage the budget for sales and marketing operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Work with key stakeholders such as product, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Oversee the creation of compelling content for marketing materials, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and advertisements.Coordinate product launches and promotional events, including booths at tradeshow conferences. to maximize impact and drive sales.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.Oversee and participate in digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with sales objectives to generate high-quality leads and support sales efforts.Keep abreast of changing marketing trends and implement various changes to keep Trellint positioned as a market leader.Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Responsible for helping align to our business strategy and driving results.Provide your team with performance management, professional growth opportunities, and ongoing feedback to ensure their individual success.
