Job Overview
Siemens EDA is a global leader in Electronic Design Automation software, enabling companies worldwide to develop innovative electronic products efficiently. The role involves developing design methodologies for Siemens EDA Xpedition products, consulting with customers, and supporting their design flow enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement design methodologies for Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.
- Consult with customers to optimize their design and data management workflows.
- Identify gaps in customer design flows and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the EBS product division, on product development and customization.
- Guide new recruits and potentially grow into a technical leadership position.
Technical Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of PCB hardware development and software development.
- Experience with EDM design & library methodology, tools, and flow.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and programming languages (e.g., Java).
- Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc degree in engineering; MSc preferred.
