What You’ll Do: Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. Public Relations: Manage media relations, develop compelling press releases, and handle communications with precision—including crisis management, when needed. Event Management: Plan, market, and execute standout events—trade shows, product launches, and internal events—that build lasting impressions and client relationships. Collaboration: Partner with sales and HR to ensure marketing and events align with business goals and enhance team engagement. Insights & Innovation: Leverage market research, analytics, and trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns. What You’ll Bring: We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a balance of creativity and strategic thinking to the table. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, or event management. Proven success in developing impactful marketing campaigns. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Industry experience in Transportation and Warehousing. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation. Hands-on experience with event planning and execution.
