My client, a well known national healthcare and health insurance company, is looking for an ongoing contract MARKETING SPECIALIST to start late March and work through the end of 2025.
This role is FULLY REMOTE-8AM-5PM CST are working hours Monday through Friday. This role will be focused on product marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Role will include:
Product Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product descriptions.
Campaign Management Support:
- Support execution, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, digital advertising).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Webinar Coordination:
- Plan and execute webinars, including speaker coordination, and promotion.
- Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration, and technical setup.
- Analyze webinar performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Content Creation Support:
- Support the development of engaging content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Market Research:
- Review market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in product marketing, campaign management, or webinar coordination.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (preferably Marketo).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health insurance industry
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
