The Amazon Digital Advertising team focuses on leveraging Amazon Ads solutions to support the digital marketing initiatives of Amazon’s own strategic businesses. Our stakeholders are the internal marketing teams across Amazon, and our mission is to develop better digital advertising programs for those businesses. We operate across advertising, marketing, program management, and new product development. As Amazon Ads is deploying new media buying and measurement strategies, our ambition is to create a team of experts who are passionate about the opportunities available within Amazon Ads and who relentlessly innovate on behalf of internal partners.
The role of the Senior Marketing Manager is to develop long-term relationships with internal business teams by delivering revenue and business impact through digital advertising. This is achieved by aligning on clear business goals, developing a detailed understanding of marketing requirements, and by defining digital advertising strategies that are both effective and scalable. This specific role will manage digital ad programs on behalf of large Amazon Brands to achieve marketing objectives ranging from driving brand perception to purchases.
The ideal candidate will be innovative and have proven success influencing teams across large organizations. They will be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches.
Key job responsibilities
• Identify supply needs from advertisers and work with our internal Supply team to meet advertisers supply requirement (supply type, volume, performance)
• Coordinate supply expansion efforts and accelerate durable learnings
• Educate internal marketing teams on the evolving capabilities of Amazon Ads solutions
• Document and share internal advertisers success broadly within Amazon Ads, showcasing the impact of Amazon’s Ad Tech for large Brands and businesses.
• Contribute to the development of Amazon Advertising solutions by identifying feature gaps and providing requirements and corresponding business cases to internal Ads Product teams.
• Develop mechanisms that measure and drive Amazon Ads’ product and supply adoption by internal marketing teams.

The Amazon Digital Advertising (ADA) team is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our portfolio ranges from sponsored, display, video, and custom ads to insights and reporting. With tailored solutions for all businesses, we offer flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic to help optimize strategies.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
