The SVP of Marketing is seeking a driven and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to ensure Skedda is positioned effectively in the market and resonates with our target audience, heavily contributing to Skedda's growth and success! This includes developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth of Skedda's products and communicating Skedda's value to the market. This person will work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and tactics for reaching the expanding customer base, channels, and geographic footprint.In this role you will:Conduct market and customer research to understand customer needs and key pain points to build buyer personas and inform product positioning and messaging.Analyze customer data, and measure and optimize the buyer journey to gain insights into customer behavior and feedback, and product usage and adoption.Develop compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience to launch products and drive customer adoption and engagement.Create marketing collateral, including web copy, product sheets, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts and customer education.Develop buyer journeys and content to engage and nurture buyer and user personas, driving prospects through the funnel to close.Partner closely with the demand generation team to tighten our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to effectively execute targeted marketing campaigns.Conduct competitive analysis to support Sales, curating battle cards and sales assets; and to support Product with suggestions for feature development and differentiators.Qualifications for this role:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum three years of professional experience in product marketingExperience in marketing B2B SaaS products, preferably to SMB and/or middle marketsExcellent storyteller with a background in product marketing and an emphasis on positioning, content/messaging, and sales enablementExcellent writer and communicator with the ability to create high-quality sales and customer-facing content, including web content and presentation materialHave a strong understanding of product marketing concepts, approaches, and tools, including (but not limited to) market sizing and segmentation, persona definition, competitive positioning, pricing, packaging, product launches, and market researchEnergized by the opportunity to build a key contributor to defining the future of work!A self-starter and "owner" with demonstrated ability to tackle both large and small projects with minimal oversightExperience with self-serve, product-led growth (PLG) motionsAbout usWe're an international team from 14+ countries with a growing presence in Boston.
