Sr. Marketing Manager – Mobile Products
is responsible for leading the development and execution of Residential and Small Business marketing strategies that drive product awareness and consideration to grow revenue and market share. This role also requires leveraging a deep understanding of the product, marketplace, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Define go-to-market strategies aligned with the buyer’s journey, establishing compelling value propositions to increase awareness, preference, purchase, growth, and retention efforts across the Mobile product portfolio. Create ideal customer profiles and target audiences by researching current buyer characteristics, market trends, and competitor positioning through proactive market scans, interviews, and collaboration with research groups, vendors, and industry organizations. Create and deliver clear product positioning, solution narratives, and value propositions for product launches and initiatives, coordinating with go-to-market teams. Translate technical details into key benefits to enable marketing of Mobile solutions by aligning products to market and audience fit. Develop and enable the creation of marketing materials such as copy, seller reference materials, battle cards, product briefs, presentations, etc., to amplify product messages. Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Perform additional duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and Knowledge
High-energy, high-integrity, customer-driven attitude. Ability to motivate and influence team members positively. Capability to manage all phases of large projects, such as product launches, with autonomy. Experience working with various organizational levels and disciplines, including technical and business areas. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Work Experience 5+ years in product marketing or related roles. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSkills/Abilities and Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in Mobile sales or sales engineering. Strong public speaking and presentation skills, both live and webinar. Education Master’s degree in a related field (preferred). Work Experience Previous telecommunications industry experience with Mobile technology. #LI-MA
