Job Title: MEP Designer Location: Denver, CO Are you a talented and motivated MEP Designer with a passion for HVAC systems? Selectek has partnered with a growing MEP firm to find a skilled and experienced Project Designer to join their team in Denver, Colorado. This is a contract-to-direct hire opportunity, offering a fantastic chance to contribute to exciting projects and build a rewarding career. About the Role: Design & Development: You will be responsible for creating detailed designs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for a variety of commercial building projects. Technical Expertise: You will utilize your proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to develop accurate and comprehensive design documentation. HVAC Focus: You will have a strong focus on HVAC design, including the use of industry-standard software like Carrier HAP or Trane Trace for load calculations. Who You Are: Education & Experience: You hold an Associate's degree in Design or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and have 3-7 years of relevant design experience. Revit Proficient: You are highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software. HVAC Expertise: You have a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for commercial buildings. Software Savvy: You have experience with industry-standard HVAC load calculation software such as Carrier HAP or Trane Trace. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Food Service Design.
