OUTFRONT is seeking a NYC-based Senior Art Director to join XLabs, the award-winning, cross-disciplinary, creative innovation group focused on designing the future of out-of-home.
As the Senior Art Director in the OUTFRONT XLabs group, you will lead concepting and design efforts, including the generation of presentation and documentation materials. The right candidate will be a hands-on contributor, with an understanding of emerging tech, including a familiarity with data-driven digital out-of-home campaigns, AR, VR, and generative AI.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Creative – conceptual and design lead for OUTFRONT sales, marketing, and business development teams and external partners.
- Client Pitch Creative – You will handle concepting and producing comps, from written prompts for generative-AI-based imagery, to custom comps of various degrees of fidelity, for client pitch initiatives.
Requirements:
- A portfolio of relevant work and the ability to speak to all work shown.
- Excel in visual design including the creation of visual comps, storyboards, and presentations.
- Mastery of Photoshop with intermediary skills/knowledge of Illustrator and generative AI tools. Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere and 3D software skills are a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, detail, and storytelling in motion.
