Key Responsibilities: Design and execute trend-forward toy packaging aligned with brand objectives. Art direct photo shoots to enhance visual storytelling for packaging. Manage packaging timelines, ensuring timely execution with internal teams and partners. Develop cost-effective, high-quality packaging in collaboration with structural engineers. Maintain brand consistency and competitive edge through market research.
Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience in packaging or graphic design. Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and packaging production processes. Strong project management, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Passion for toy packaging and retail design trends.
