The Senior Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various local markets, aimed at driving insurance agent adoption of Cinch Home Services products. In this role, the Senior Manager will collaborate with sales teams, manage local marketing initiatives, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results, all while ensuring alignment with Cinch's brand and overall marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in field marketing execution. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Execution:
Lead the development and execution of localized field marketing campaigns across different regions, including targeted events, digital advertising, and grassroots initiatives to generate leads and drive agent engagement with Cinch products. Sales Enablement:
Collaborate closely with Cinch sales teams and partner Insurance Agents to provide them with effective marketing materials, training, and support to enhance their ability to sell Cinch Home Services solutions. Market Analysis and Insights:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and campaign targeting. Budget Management:
Manage field marketing budget effectively, allocating funds across different initiatives while ensuring ROI and maximizing campaign impact. Partner Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key local partners, including industry associations, community organizations, and event organizers, to leverage opportunities for promotion and outreach. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Track campaign performance using relevant metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field. 8+ years in marketing and sales experience. Proven experience in building and launching effective field marketing and enablement programs and strategies, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.
