WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:In this role you will assist Product and Program Marketing Managers in developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to drive skilling product and program awareness, adoption, and engagement.
As aMarketing Product Manager,you will work closely with Product and Program Marketing Managers to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our skilling products and programs. You will assist in conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, coordinating product launches, and implementing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
We are looking for someone who has a track record of innovation, of moving from ideation to realization in a fast-paced environment, and a creative flare that ensures you get the most out of investments while searching for insights to benchmark success. A natural collaborator and influencer, you excel at leveraging relationships for 1+1=3.
Key focus areas:
Content development: Collaborate with creative agencies, team's Marketing Project Managers and creatives (copy writer, designer), assist in creating compelling marketing content and bill of materials, such as product and program narratives and decks, case studies, and blog articles. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.Product and program Launches: Support product and program launch activities, including messaging development, collateral creation, and launch planning. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.Market research and competitive analysis: Assist Product and Program Marketing Managers and Compete and Insights Lead inDesigning market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Gathering data and analyzing market insights to support decision-making.Monitoring competitors' activities, pricing, and positioning. Conducting regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product marketing strategies.Industry Trends: Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies. Sharing insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including product and program management, content development, and platform development, to gather input and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of experience in product or program marketingExperience in audience marketing, preferredExperience working with senior level teamCreative thinker with experience in implementing digital marketing motions to generate engaging marketing materials, including blogs, visual formats, and social mediaExperience managing projects with creative agency teams, from briefing, to managing rounds of stakeholder reviews, to completion Excellent communicator, with expertise in written, visual and presentation formats as well as running effective stakeholder connection rhythmsExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and with proven experience establishing strong collaborative relationships across a varied set of stakeholders and organizationsSelf-starter, with shared ownership mindset and strong attention to detail. DETAILS:
Virtual / Remote, temporary, hourly position for up to 9 months.Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone.
The targeted range for this role is $25-$45 hourly. Preferred locations: Arizona, Missouri, Washington, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Maryland, Wyoming, Idaho.
