Our client, a B2B Lead Generation organization, located in Nashville, TN; needs a full-time Senior Paid Media Manager. The pay range for this role is up to $105,000, based on experience. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Paid Media Manager to help drive digital growth for our B2B and lead generation clients. You'll work with an energetic team, utilizing cutting-edge tools and strategies to create high-impact campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing paid media strategies across search, display, and social platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results for clients, ensuring their campaigns are optimized and performance-driven. Your expertise will contribute to the overall strategy and execution of digital media campaigns, leveraging analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
Senior Paid Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize paid search (Google Ads), display, and social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) across multiple platforms to maximize ROI for B2B and lead gen clients
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies to achieve clients' goals, from lead generation to brand awareness
- Utilize social media analytics tools and ad platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Use data to optimize campaign strategies and improve ROI
- Leverage Google Ads (Search, Display, Analytics, and Video) to execute campaigns and ensure compliance with best practices. Google Ads certification is required
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead communication between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns for optimal performance. A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and engagement
- Work directly with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience. Provide strategic recommendations and insights for ongoing media strategies
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms is a huge plus. Meta Certification (Facebook/Instagram) is a bonus
Senior Paid Media Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media management, with a focus on paid search and social media campaigns
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Analytics, Video) and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and advertising platforms to analyze, report, and optimize campaign performance
- Google Ads Certified in Search, Display, Analytics, and Video
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and experience with eCommerce platforms is a strong plus
- Meta Certification (Facebook/Instagram) is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance
- Experience in B2B and lead generation marketing is essential.
