About SoukAI & OGGN Podcast Partnership: SoukAI is an AI-powered brokerage platform transforming oil and gas transactions by eliminating traditional brokers and streamlining deal execution with AI-driven automation, trust verification, and document standardization.

We are partnering with Mark LaCour and OGGN (Oil & Gas Global Network)—the world’s largest oil and gas podcast network with over 4 million listeners—to co-host a new podcast focused exclusively on startups and entrepreneurship in the oil and gas industry.

While SoukAI’s UK-based team will host episodes covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), we are seeking a Houston-based representative to host the North American edition of the podcast.

Podcast Theme & Focus

This podcast will spotlight:

1. Oil & Gas Startup Founders – Entrepreneurs building innovative solutions in the industry.
2. Disruptive Business Models – Exploring new approaches in trading, operations, and logistics.

OGGN will provide guest outreach support, ensuring a steady stream of top-tier startup founders and entrepreneurs for interviews. However, SoukAI will also have the freedom to invite guests from our own network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Host the North American edition of the podcast in partnership with OGGN.
2. Interview startup founders and entrepreneurs specifically in oil, gas, and energy tech.
3. Leverage your network to bring high-profile guests onto the podcast.
4. Ensure alignment with SoukAI’s global podcast brand, maintaining consistency with the EMEA edition.
5. Work with OGGN & SoukAI marketing teams to promote episodes and expand audience reach.
6. Potentially represent SoukAI at major oil & gas conferences (travel & tickets covered for select events).

Ideal Candidate

1. Based in or near Richmond, Texas.
2. Deep understanding of the oil & gas industry (especially startups, venture capital, or technology).
3. Strong network within the North American energy ecosystem.
4. Confident, engaging speaker with experience in media, public speaking, or hosting.
5. Passionate about entrepreneurship, energy innovation, and AI-driven solutions.
6. Bonus: Prior experience as a startup founder, investor, or podcast host.
