Our Gaming Client is seeking a Producer III to join their growing team!
Producer III
Hybrid in Santa Monica, CA
Responsibilities:
- Can solely manage relationships and partnerships representing Player Support (policy, capabilities, SLAs, status) to all levels of stakeholders by overseeing complex topics appropriate for delivery success and proactively manage changes as needed.
- Helps translate team objectives by creating rituals, processes, and guidelines for the team to follow.
- Can lead significant pivots recognized due to intimate understanding of organizational goals.
- Defines strategy for areas with moderate scope and complexity.
- Can manage strategic changes due to adapting circumstances in partnership with senior production as they have a deep understanding of player/customer needs.
- Builds proposals and defines expected outcomes for projects advocating for their customer needs.
- Leads team planning and mitigate dependencies required for fairly complex initiatives.
- Can deliver through adversity and challenges requiring technical and operational expertise.
- Proactively works with appropriate stakeholders to anticipate and address anything that might impact live operations by utilizing advanced skillset to measure and implement any post-delivery requirements.
- Engaged with decision making at the highest level.
Requirements / Skills:
- Seven years of professional experience Desired: Four of which was dedicated to project/product management experience in games/software.
- Broad understanding of Customer Service industry standard practices, metrics (NPS, wait time), and tooling (Tickets, Live Chat, Internal).
- Passion for and in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and support service tooling.
- Deep understanding of project management and project management software (Jira, Portfolio, etc).
- In depth experience working within agile workflows and frameworks.
- Broad experience with software, game, and product development strategies and best practices.
- In depth understanding of common product metrics (CCU, quality uptime, customer satisfaction scoring).
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Mastery of stakeholder identification, management, and relationship building.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to identify risks to propose and appropriately prioritize an effective plan of action.
- Analytical Skills: Contextualize qualitative and quantitative data and package the information based for the greatest impact enabling informed product decisions.
- Analytical Skills: Understanding, simplifying, and solving complex or multi-faceted problems with little to no guidance.
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to details.
- Embodies corporate entrepreneurship and the founder’s mentality.
- Global mindset: Evaluation of risk and prediction of quantity and severity of impact on global audience and operations with a high degree of certainty.
- Shipped or managed customer service of multiple game/software products, ideally in a Gaming environment.
- Worked as part of an Agile team with some SCRUM mastery experience.
