The Associate Product Marketer would be involved in developing and executing marketing strategies to support sales efforts, focusing on areas like content creation, sales materials, and training for the sales team. This role requires collaboration with various teams and a deep understanding of the AAA MWG product portfolio and sales processes. The role will also require online and offline marketing and performing ad-hoc projects as needed to support our SAPM’s.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales enablement and marketing strategies:
This includes creating and managing sales materials, training programs, and other resources that support the sales team's ability to effectively sell AAA MWG Membership.
Partner with sales, agency and marketing teams:
Collaborate with sales representatives, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of various sales enablement initiatives. Partner with your manager to help analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement: Use data to understand what is working and what is not in terms of sales enablement efforts and make recommendations for improvement. Responsible for development and execution of annual plans including business analytics, communication, digital and social media plans. Partner internally and externally to develop and execute marketing activities that drive growth and achieve targets. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and the competitive landscape. Keep informed about the latest developments in sales enablement and marketing and incorporate these into AAA MWG 's strategies.
Manage budgets and track results:
Monitor the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and marketing programs, and ensure they are aligned with budget and business goals.
Skills and Experience:
Marketing and sales experience: A strong understanding of marketing principles and sales processes is essential. Direct Mail, print/collateral development and vendor management Effective communication and people skills: The ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders is crucial. Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is important. Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms: Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, content management systems, and training platforms is a plus.
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
College degree 3-5 years related work experience
