About the Role Reporting to the Global Travel Head of Customer Marketing, Europe/Americas, the Customer Marketing Manager will be a key market player in executing the overall strategy. This role will work closely with marketing and commercial teams to define and implement brand strategies for the GT market. Role Responsibilities: Build and lead the customer marketing team in the market. Co-manage the P&L. Help Diageo become a leader in FMCG through credible activation across channels. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Understand customer needs by channel to prioritize impactful activations. Develop activation plans around shopper marketing activities. Lead sales force briefings, ensuring teams have necessary tools. Define KPIs for activation activities and oversee their execution. Lead, manage, and support brand ambassadors. Experience/Skills Required: Significant experience in customer marketing and commercial roles within FMCG. Proven ability to handle complex projects with marketing, commercial, shopper marketing, and agency teams. Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. Curious, entrepreneurial mindset. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners. Financial and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Leadership experience in managing and coaching teams. International experience across multiple countries and cultures.
