Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic hands-on Head of Marketing to continue refining and executing on our marketing strategy. In this role, you will own Atheer’s digital presence and content strategy, shaping how and through which channels we tell our story to customers and the industry. You’ll manage everything from our website and social media to content creation and event marketing. This is a high-impact role for a creative marketer who excels at big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Grow pipeline and customer funnel by creating, executing, and leading the demand generation strategy across every stage of the user’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics. Drive website and social media growth to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition. Create and oversee third-party support of compelling content, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, videos, and social media campaigns. Develop and execute targeted content strategies to position Atheer as a leader in frontline productivity solutions. Manage marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Social, Blogs) to increase leads and conversions. Find, attend, and represent Atheer at industry conferences, identifying opportunities to enhance market visibility. Own analytics and reporting on marketing performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights. Develop effective sales tools (presentations, collateral, sales enablement materials). Build and optimize customer lifecycle strategies to maximize customer retention and lifetime value. Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in Marketing with a proven track record. Experience in enterprise software or frontline workforce/deskless worker productivity solutions (such as Field Service Management or Frontline Worker Productivity Tools) is highly preferred. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Excels at coordinating tasks, vendors, and schedules to keep initiatives on track. Able to craft clear, compelling messages that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our product in the market. Comfortable working in a remote-first setup. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
