Overview
As our first Product Marketing Manager, you'll own our entire go-to-market strategy, working directly with the founding team and board of advisors to define how we position, message, and sell our customer success platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how customers perceive our brand and product from day one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop our core messaging, positioning, and value proposition to resonate with B2B SaaS companies struggling with customer retention
- Create compelling sales and marketing materials that highlight our AI-powered churn prediction capabilities
- Conduct market research to refine our ideal customer profile and buyer personas within customer success and retention teams
- Establish and execute our content strategy focusing on retention metrics, customer health scores, and predictive analytics
- Gather competitive intelligence and articulate our unique differentiation in the customer retention space
- Define pricing strategy and packaging options for our subscription tiers
- Support founders in sales conversations and help close early customers
- Build the foundation for scaling our GTM function as we grow
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of creating messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences
- Experience bringing data-driven products to market and driving adoption
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from customer retention data
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex predictive algorithms in simple business terms
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can execute without extensive direction
