The Sr. Program Manager, Customer Communications is a dynamic role supporting the NA Sales Operations team and specifically focusing on customer-facing systems and communications. You will interpret the needs of the business, identify optimal solutions to solve for these needs and partner with our product teams to build effective solutions. You'll exercise creative problem solving, identifying, and resolving system bugs, managing escalations resulting from systemic breakdowns, and developing robust long-term solutions that drive our rapidly scaling sales organization. What You’ll Do Develop improved customer-facing tools and own roadmap timelines and perform physical process reviews and time studies. Keep stakeholders updated in real-time to any operational impacts. Perform alignment reviews with key stakeholders, market leaders, product managers, and global partners. Be a fierce advocate for NA business needs with a keen eye on process simplification. Host user interviews and feedback sessions. Project requirements grooming, ticket creation, stage and post-release testing. Leverage your acute business acumen to uncover new opportunities and reveal invaluable data insights and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to propel project momentum. Draft and release project update and release notes and ensure the field has clear information acting as the main point of contact for the field on sales systems questions and concerns. What You’ll Bring 2+ years in project/operations/product management. Bachelor's Degree in Management-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience. Advanced in MS Excel and MS Suite (SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau a plus). Preferred Skills: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics. Strong English written and verbal skills. Expected Compensation $80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
