Thorough understanding of the creative design process Experience planning and running large programs of UX Work Experience collaborating with large multi-disciplinary groups and stakeholders Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research best practices Experience with design prototyping Nice to have skills or certifications: Experience using Jira and other project management tools Experience with agile methodologies and organizing cross collaboration ceremonies Knowledge/Skills: Solid grasp of web design principles and a good understanding of front-end web technologies required Excellent understanding of user experience design for the web, mobile, and touch devices required Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision required Experience in writing detailed design specifications, IA workflow, page functionality, and layout which technology developers use to build the product required Must be a self-starter that can create schedules and define scope of work even when there are no clear requirements and direction required Strong ability to communicate your design, defend your design decisions, and respond quickly to business needs required Proven ability to set the design direction for your projects and to collaborate with other designers working in the space required A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment required Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, Design Services, and Graphic Design
