JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Remarketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and driving omni-channel remarketing strategy. Make data driven recommendations to inform channel selection to optimize profitability on every unit sold. Deliver operational excellence and profitability through integrity and stewardship of Wheels remarketing. Primary responsibility is daily support of the remarketing auction operations. High emphasis on Client, Dealer Partner and Vendor Partner daily interaction/communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Partner with the leadership team and departments to drive the evolution and operation of the remarketing auction channel strategy.
- Vehicle Coordination and management - Coordinating vehicle pick up by auctions at designated dealers and or location designated by client.
- Communicate quarterly results to auctions.
- Maintain accurate remarketing sales data and analysis for team, vendors and clients on request.
- Provide data for all buyer/client questions of auction sales channels.
- Assignment of cars to appropriate auctions
- Vehicle data and inventory control
- Evaluate vehicle condition reports and market conditions to determine the correct floor price strategy throughout the year
- Daily monitoring of the pricing queue to include price setting for open end, closed end and non-owned leases.
- Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.
- Other Duties:
- Verify correct and accurate information is posted in assigned systems.
- Student of the industry - Assist management with monitoring the used vehicle market to understand pricing trends.
- Cross train in all other remarketing activities to serve as support as needed and available.
- Effectively present Wheels Vehicle Remarketing programs, capabilities and differentiators.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience (business related discipline preferred).
- Four (4) to five (5) years of experience required
- Four (4) to five (5) years of working effectively and collaboratively within a matrixed organization including establishing and maintaining relationships with senior management, & B2B experience as well.
- Experience in Remarketing or Customer Service Operations a plus.
- Have proficient knowledge in initial license and title applications.
- Excellent computer skills & familiarity with various software programs.
- Excellent relationship management, problem solving and communication (written, verbal) skills. Attention to detail, business curiosity.
- Process improvement orientation a must.

Work Environment:This position is in Georgia or Illinois and operates in a professional office environment
Position Type/Standard Schedule:This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Travel:There is less than (%10) travel time
Physical Demands:The level and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform critical tasks in support of critical job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Pay Range:
$58,100-$81,400
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
