Developing in-depth content strategy based on keyword and market research
Understanding how Content, CRO, UX, Performance Marketing, Web Analytics and Marketing Automation work together to create candidate journeys and enhance the candidate experience.
Developing best practices for data-driven, candidate-centric web marketing, with a strong consideration for local optimization marketing channels across various languages to drive organic growth.
Defining SEO standards and writing white papers for presentation to leadership.
Diving into issues and incidents as they occur and performing ad hoc analysis to solve or escalate complex problems.
Providing technical SEO requirements for multi-regional, multi-language enterprise web properties and interfacing closely with development and engineering teams.
Managing website and CMS migrations.
Setting up reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive digital efficiencies.
Managing internal and external stakeholders.
Pursuing opportunities with new/untapped non-paid traffic generation tactics and working with the rest of the marketing team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Keeping up to date with the latest SEO, content marketing, and web development industry trends.
Presenting to leadership on SEO results and conducting educational sessions with stakeholders.
Being a thought leader in the space, responsible for raising the bar across Slack and the wider Salesforce organization through case studies, thought leadership pieces, etc.
Working collaboratively with top-tier talent across Slack and Salesforce.
Basic Qualifications7+ years working directly in SEO, with high-traffic website experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
Expertise in technical, content, link building, local, off-page, and mobile SEO
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with content marketing, website development, website migrations, UX, and personalization
Experience with major CMS platforms, such as WordPress
Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
Proficiency with analytics platforms, such as Google or Adobe Analytics, and the ability to analyze and understand web data.
Proficiency with tools like ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Yext, SEMrush, STAT, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, Conductor, Brightedge, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experiencing leading SEO efforts for an enterprise company
Experience working with job board websites or with recruitment marketing firms
Experience managing SEO complexities of multi-language, multi-region websites
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, JIRA, GitHub, Asana, etc.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS
Proficiency in MySQL and handling large database query sets
Experience using generative AI to drive scalable web content solutions
Experience in personalization, marketing automation, and AI-driven search
Experience managing internal search and search tools
Knowledge of lifecycle and performance marketing and the intersection with SEO
