Marketing Manager, Technology Solutions We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Technology Solutions team leading marketing for the North America region. This role is critical in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth, generate new prospects, and expand our customer base in the mid-to-large enterprise segment. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, partners, business development and strategy to build and execute targeted integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales and translate business needs into marketing programs and pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leaders to define and implement short and long-term go-to-market strategies for the Americas region. Develop multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing plans incorporating inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing tactics.
Program Execution: Plan, organize, and execute marketing programs that generate new prospects, advance existing opportunities, and grow customer wallet share. Work cross-functionally with sales, partners, business development, and strategy teams to create targeted, integrated marketing initiatives.
Pipeline Management: Develop and implement customer pipeline creation and acceleration programs in collaboration with various stakeholders. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on program impact and effectiveness.
Sales Enablement: Proactively engage with regional sales teams to optimize marketing activities' impact. Identify and address sales enablement needs, working with the dedicated team to develop necessary tools, training, and content.
Event Management: Research, design, and manage live events as part of the overall marketing strategy. Ensure cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved segmentation, targeting, messaging, and processes. Leverage data-driven insights to create and optimize marketing strategies and programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years in B2B field marketing leadership Proven track record of success in driving sales through marketing initiatives Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective marketing programs Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Experience in building, executing, and scaling marketing programs Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong project management and organizational skills Creativity and innovation in approach to marketing challenges Location: United States (specific location flexible) If you're a results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for driving business growth through innovative field marketing strategies, we'd love to hear from you.
