Your Role
As a Manager of Integrated Media Planning on the Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading full-funnel, omni-channel media planning, for Victoria's Secret, PINK, and 3P brands. You will drive marketing capability advancement, plan optimization, and effective results against business objectives for Victoria's Secret in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Your Impact
- Lead annual and quarterly full-funnel media strategy and media mix valuation in partnership with the Data & Analytics team, leveraging econometric measurement, and performance data to maximize impacts on brand metrics and ROI
- Manage strategic media planning process as part of comprehensive Marketing process that drives to develop Communications Strategy that informs the Go-to-Market plans
- Lead the development of annual paid media learning agenda tied to marketing and media objectives and priorities, informing the basis for Testing cadence supported by channel and analytics teams
- Responsible for developing and managing media planning timeline and identifying milestones to strategically collaborate and partner with cross-functioning partners
- Support the AVP of Integrated Media Strategy & Planning in developing the Media Brief for the Media team, including internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee reporting and analysis of competitive media intelligence to inform media actions
- Partner with operations lead in insourcing Mediatools and implementing budget management and actualization process with internal planning team
- Lead brand lift and content measurement process and analysis for campaign planning. Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.
- Develop frameworks for evangelizing cross-channel campaign performance and insights to action
- Establish and drive RFP process for direct-to-partner plan activations, in support of Planning & Campaign Activation teams.
- Drive innovation and identify high ROI opportunities for the team to test into, staying close to marketing and media trends
- Build, lead and develop team of Specialists supporting full-funnel plan strategy and execution

Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in full-funnel media planning and execution within an agency or in-house media team. Retail brand and performance media experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of annual upfront planning and process management
- Cross-channel planning experience with video (linear, CTV and OLV), OOH, social, display, audio and digital partnerships
- Fluency across varied planning tools and resources including MediaOcean, MediaTools, 3rd Party Media Research resources, Reach curve tools and analysis, and Planning Econometric tools (MMM)
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can-do mindset, insatiable curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
- Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and agency/vendor relationships
- As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office 2-3 days during the week
- Occasional travel involved
