Technical Recruiter (Proteam Solutions Inc)

A leading fashion brand is seeking Fashion Designer to support its intimates division. This position is ideal for a highly organized, technically skilled, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The role will provide administrative and creative support to the design team, contributing to the development of trend-driven, commercially viable product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of brand-right, fashion-forward product designs aligned with seasonal strategies and customer expectations.
• Produce design sketches, flat drawings, and detailed CADs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Support the development of tech packs, BOMs, and maintain accurate data in PLM systems.
• Organize and maintain the sample room, including sample tracking, steaming, and styling support.
• Prepare design materials for key meetings including line sheets, presentation boards, and color/fabric boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Technical Design, Merchandising, Production) to support sample execution and fit process.
• Attend fittings and document feedback to ensure alignment on construction and styling updates.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to support seasonal concept development.
• Adapt designs based on internal feedback and maintain clear communication across departments.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
• Strong technical design skills and a commercial eye for styling and fit
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of tech packs, BOMs, and PLM systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, accountable approach to work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lingerie or intimate apparel design
• Strong CAD skills, including custom brushes and print fills
• Working knowledge of garment construction, fit, and proportion
• Ability to support multiple designers and respond quickly to evolving needs
• Familiarity with PLM platforms, sample tracking systems, and product lifecycle management
