Senior Medical Device, Pharmaceutical & Engineering Recruiter
What You’ll Do: Coordinate and track global marketing content through the
Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR)
review process. Partner daily with operations specialists and marketing managers to manage content workflows. Prioritize tasks, escalate delays, and ensure timely approvals. Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders. Occasionally collaborate with senior leadership on content progress and priorities. What You Bring: Up to
5 years of experience
in project coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles. Bachelor’s degree
in marketing, business, or equivalent experience. Excellent
communication and organizational
skills. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience tracking projects, juggling deadlines, and working cross-functionally. Seniority level
