Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services @ Motion Recruitment
Our client, a major risk analytics company, is actively looking for a UX Researcher to join their team in Alpharetta, GA! This is a hybrid position, on site 3x a week in Alpharetta. Non-local applicants will not be considered.

This role, UX Researcher, is in charge of all research activities to ensure the products they are dedicated to are grounded in the priorities, mental models, intended workflows, and continual feedback of our users. This role will not only conduct user discovery and testing exercises but will also partner tightly with product leadership to form the foundation of their product’s UX architecture, hierarchy, and workflows, ensuring business objectives are translated effectively into a cohesive system of user experiences across multiple user segments. This researcher, while dedicated to a specific product, will have the support of a centralized product design/ research team that they’ll always be able to rely on for support and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Define what success means for the products and users you support, establishing the north stars that will guide your product team throughout the product lifecycle
- Decide what research exercises are needed and when, while delivering user research artifacts that create shared understanding of the learnings and implications for the product’s needs and development
- Guide and collaborate closely with your product designers to ensure the frameworks of product success and user needs that you’ve defined are reflected within the cycles of UX/ UI designs
- Support product leadership and stakeholders with data-driven insights to inform the trajectory of our product roadmap
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Research or related field preferred
- 5-7 years experience in Product/UX Research or as a generalist UX/Product Designer, ideally working within a Product-driven team or organization
- Has expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, allowing them to uncover deep user insights and translate them into strategic recommendations that shape the product roadmap.
- Has deep experience in a variety of UX research efforts represented through a portfolio of artifacts, case studies, or presentation decks
- Possesses exceptional analytical skills and is proficient in various research techniques and tools, demonstrating an ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across disciplines within a product team
