Base pay range $50.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Contract to hire
Expected 5+ years of experience
In office 2 days a week, Cincinnati area (Blue Ash area)
This position focuses on complex problem-solving (e.g., redesigning cluttered interfaces), not just aesthetics.
Key skills: Figma (advanced/expert), communication, critical thinking, proactivity.
No UX research emphasis—designers will work from provided requirements.
Transportation experience would be highly desired.
MUST have an updated portfolio.
Responsibilities Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and user feedback.
Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface mockups, and developer specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadlines.
Ability to explain design methodology used in UI design.
Apply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team members.
Be able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design system, ensuring designs are accessible and meet usability standards.
Follow design studio's Figma Etiquette for all files.
Billable Client Project Work.
