Posted 2 days ago Description The Global Luxury Agent Concierge is responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the Global Luxury (GL) program and fostering collaboration with Global Luxury teams worldwide. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who excels at building relationships, has a refined eye for detail, has an understanding of the aesthetic nuances that define luxury homes, and goes above and beyond expectations. This position will help agents leverage GL tools, support marketing efforts for Conklin & Company, manage social media, and assist with marketing campaigns and materials. As the main point of contact for agents and clients, they will also support the Managing Director in office operations, promote the Coldwell Banker brand, and lead by example to create a positive, customer-focused office culture. This is a full-time position, stationed in our Edwards, CO office. Responsibilities Agent Retention
Communicate daily with agents and clients in a positive and professional manner Assist Managing Director with agent onboarding of both new and experienced agents Provide new agent orientation of office operations, copier, phone system, floor duty, etc. Engage with agents to provide education/training on CB systems, tools, and ancillary services Assist Managing Director by participating in sales meetings including note-taking and dissemination Organize and promote events to be held at the office Participate in company-sponsored events during business hours Transaction Management
Deposit commission and provide supporting documentation to the transaction services team in a timely manner Assist agents with contract compliance and transaction dashboard upkeep Operations
Open and close the office - have procedures available for others to follow as needed. Perform receptionist and administrative duties: answering phones, greeting clients, distributing mail, etc. Create and maintain the professional physical appearance of the office Maintain the office equipment, request service from vendors as needed Keep office information and agent contact information updated and accessible Maintain and order supplies - using the centralized ordering system in a timely manner Assist accounting with monthly transaction audit and agent billing Responsible for monthly floortime calendar Provide agents with RE and company forms as needed Other duties as assigned Marketing
Execute Global Luxury marketing packages, including regular communication and follow-up with agents Develop and implement strategies to improve the Global Luxury marketing program, and drive engagement with the available programs and resources Support agent branding needs through the creation of print and digital marketing materials Provide support in web design and enhancement efforts Leverage the corporate Global Luxury brand tools and promote them to the agents Assist with a la carte orders and listing presentations Execute newly-certified GL agent marketing packages Qualifications Possess a positive attitude, integrity, and passion for providing excellent customer service Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury marketing or administrative support, ideally within real estate or a similar industry Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, Google Suite, Canva (or similar design tools), and email marketing software Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM platforms Experience in graphic design Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics, SEO, and Google Analytics Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 yearly About Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
