Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration between creative and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Oversee and track production processes, milestones, and deliverables for one or more development teams.
- Manage tasks and workflows using JIRA and other project management tools.
- Support artistic and game development processes by scheduling and facilitating internal reviews, compiling and distributing feedback.
- Set up and maintain gaming hardware for development and testing.
- Communicate project status updates through reports and regular team meetings.
- Ensure smooth production pipelines by identifying and addressing potential roadblocks early.
Qualifications
- Project management experience, ideally working with creative teams.
- Experience collaborating with artists, animators, and designers-understanding their workflows and production needs.
