- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent understanding of usability principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data insights.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in mentoring or leading design efforts within a team.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Understanding of front-end development processes.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with customer-facing product design.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies.
