Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer , where you'll take ownership of creating seamless, user-centered designs that align with business goals. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and loves collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft cohesive and engaging interfaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design improvements. Lead design reviews, communicate design rationale, and ensure alignment across teams. Take projects from concept to delivery, meeting quality standards and deadlines. Maintain consistency across products while introducing innovative ideas. Qualifications 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong online portfolio. Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software. Experience working closely with engineers to implement designs. Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions. Strong business acumen and understanding of the product lifecycle.
